為保障學生、教職員及教室內其他持份者的安全，同時監察並錄影教室環境及上課地點的正常運作，我們在上課地點範圍(覆蓋上課地點內外的不同地方)安裝了閉路電視系統，以便在培訓室內外發生事件或意外時，可提供協助調查或行動的跟進。

本公司承諾遵守《個人資料(私隱)條例》(第486章)的有關規定，並按照《私隱條例》處理有關資料。在已安裝閉路電視的範圍內，我們已在當眼位置張貼有關閉路電視錄影進行中的中英文告示，通知所有進入該範圍的人士，閉路電視監察及錄影正在進行。

特此聲明:
1. 本人於考試日當天已年屆18歲;
2.本人所提供的資料完全真確無誤。
個人資料聲明: 根據個人資料(私隱)條例,學員之個人資料只會用作本中心教學及行政用途 。

本公司承诺遵守《个人资料(私隐)条例》(第486章) 的相关规定，并按照该条例处 理相关资料。在已安装闭路电视的区域内，我们已于显眼位置张贴中英文告示， 告知所有进入该范围的人员，闭路电视监控及录影正在进行。

特此声明：

2. 本人所提供的资料完全真实、准 确、无误。
个人资料声明：根据《个人资料(私隐)条例》，学员的个人资料仅用于本中心教学 及行政管理用途。

Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) Monitoring and Recording
To safeguard the safety of students, teaching staff, and other stakeholders within the classroom environment, and to monitor and record the proper functioning of the classroom and training areas, our company has installed a CCTV system covering both the interior and exterior of the designated training locations. This system facilitates investigation and follow-up actions in the event of incidents or accidents occurring within or around the training premises.

Our company is committed to complying with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and shall handle all related data in accordance with the requirements of the Ordinance. In areas where CCTV systems have been installed, bilingual notices (in Chinese and English) have been prominently displayed to inform all individuals entering the monitored zones that CCTV surveillance and recording are in operation.
